Kristin has a flair for finding the most unique materials for her one-of-a-kind designs.

Her beading materials range from Swarovski™ Crystals, Ceramic, Blown Glass, Wooden, Clay, Shell, Sterling Silver, Gold-Filled, Vermeil, Hand-painted, and more.

In addition to producing a line of bracelets, earrings, sets and necklaces, she repairs, restrings and designs jewelry upon request.

Special orders will be considered individually, as she is a solo artist, where mass production is more difficult.

Charming Bead is a unique business that started at her kitchen table years ago when she had a couple of odd bracelets and necklaces that she didn't wear anymore. After taking them apart and rearranging the beads and adding spacers and other beads, she eventually had 4 new pieces that she still wears today. Also, a friend introduced her to a blown glass shop that had a beading area where more bracelet making took place. She was addicted from that moment on. Because everything was so beautiful, she had a hard time limiting her selections, so her first bracelet was almost a foot long!

Now she orders beads from a number of places, while making sure to visit a bead store in every town she visits. This keeps each one of her creations unique to anyone else in the market.
